I had a very large custom shower installed in my master bath. Mike and his assistant were my installers. I first want to mention how professional they were. Mike was friendly and informative and kept me included on every step of the process and any changes that needed to be made. He walked me through the care and warranty of my product and left my shower cleaner than when they entered it. Could not be more pleased with my shower glass and the entire process. Will definitely use them for my other two bathroom installations. 5+ stars

Fast Glass will be my first choice on windshield replacement. I called to get my windshield replaced and they got it ordered and had me in for an appointment in less than 24 hours. They also honor their warrenty.

Came and installed a new windshield the following morning after calling. They came to my place of employment and communicated throughout the morning with ETA. Total install was less than 45 minutes and was the lowest price of all of my estimates. I’ve always used Safelite, but their estimate was $50 more before their $50 coupon which came only after a few day of the original phone call. Also, they wanted a $40 charge for coming to me to install. I would highly recommend Fast Glass.

This company was recommended by a friend and honestly was not a pleasant experience. They bragged about being in business for many years and professional technicians. However, this company lacks of customer service skills and customer concerns when situation arise. They replaced the windshield on my auto and the technician tear up apart the rubber that protects and seals the windshield and they couldn’t do anything about it because was not part of the windshield’s job “according to them” when I call them and confront them about the lousy job they did they made up excuses of not been part of the job and the management or person in charge didn’t even took my call and address my concerns instead they let the receptionist handle the situation. The windshield that was replaced there’s a wind noise, tear up rubber corners and screws that I found around and this company didn’t even bother to offered to check the work that was done by one of the their technician they did a half fast done job and also they don’t care about causing damages to your auto. SHAME ON YOU FAST GLASS INC horrible company.
